1. Why is there a watermark on the architectural designs?
All of the designs are copyright protected and belong to the designer John Williams. In order to meet with compliance for the internet the watermark must appear until you purchase the design. Once you’ve made your purchase the watermark is removed and you may then use the design drawings for one individual residence.
2. What is included in the limited edition stock custom designs?
Our design options include all of the information you need to complete your facelift. Included in the package is a colour rendering of the finished elevation, a line drawing for your reference, a template you can use to measure when ordering materials, pictures of the trim details and notes on all of the features used in this unique design. Take a moment to view the “flip book” which shows you a sample of whats included in each design package.
3. I’m interested in a custom design
We have a custom design option! A simple and easy solution; you can connect by phone, (book a date/time on our scheduler) speak with a representative and when you’re ready, prepay on-line. Complete the template and take 3 photos of the front of your house. Email the template with the pictures and 7 business days later you will receive your custom design – signed by our designer John Williams. As with all our design options, when you download your design it is a non-refundable purchase.
4. What is a limited edition design?
Our limited edition designs include all you need to complete your custom “Lipstick.” We will change the design options throughout the year and only 250 will be sold of each design option. This will ensure that your home will continue to be unique in your community.
5. Can I speak with a representative?
Yes, schedule a call with one of our design team to answer questions on our design options or connect with an industry professional in your community for colour and material options.
6. What if my house doesn’t look like this?
You can use our custom option and simply provide us with photo’s of your house and basic measurements for your unique design. Feel free to connect with one of our sales team to discuss options though our on-line scheduler.
7. Do you provide architectural support for the designs?
As a Do-It-Youself or Custom Contractor our design package offers cost effective design solutions to improve your curb appeal. We recommend that you connect with local industry professionals who can offer their expertise for your home. Don’t forget to check with your local jurisdictional authorities to ensure that you have all the paperwork required to begin your project.
8. Do you have preferred vendors for the designs?
In the “notes” section of the design package there is information on the types of materials you may consider for your project. As a design firm, we like to keep your options open so you can choose a local manufacturer for materials.
9. What if my house has the garage or carport on the other side?
If you have a “mirror plan” to any of the designs shown, simply connect with us and we will make arrangements to provide you with an alternative plan or you can simply use the current design drawings and reverse the image.
10. Do you design custom homes or renovations?

11. Do you offer in-person consultations?
This E-commerce site with limited edition custom designs has been developed to provide you with the information you need to complete your “architectural facelift.” Whether you do-it- yourself or are a custom contractor all the information you need is found in the design package.
12. Are the design packages refundable?
All of our design options are unique solutions where you receive your design electronically; downloading the file to your computer, mobile device or USB therefore they are non-refundable and non-transferable.

You have purchased the rights to use these design plans for one individual residence. No part of this design plan may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted or sold in any form or by any means, including photocopying,scanning, by electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written permission of the designer.
